摘 要:“贫困文化”导致的内生性动力不足是造成贫困大学生就业困境的主要原因之一。“贫困文化”中的“宿命”思维导致贫困生就业的主动性不强,“贫困文化”的惯性思维阻碍了贫困生就业观念的更新,而“贫困文化”的封闭性则导致贫困生的就业选择过于保守。为了增强内生性动力,化解贫困生的就业困境,文章认为需从三个方面入手:一是通过文化赋能培养贫困生积极乐观、理性务实的就业文化;二是通过国家干预制订积极的大学生就业市场政策;三是针对贫困生就业创建“职业发展银行”,为贫困生就业提供社会支持。Apart from the social system,employment predicament among the underprivileged college students is mainly atibuted to lack of intrinsic momentum stemming from the"poverty culture"of which fatalism discourages them to seek jobs on their own initiative,habitual mindset fails them to update their concepts and conservatism narrows their choices.To equip them with more intrinsic momentum and help them out of the situation,wed better start our effort from three points.First,the students should be culturally empowered and equipped with optimistic and practical attitude toward employment.Second,state intervention should be introduced to encourage active or flexible employment by making policies for college students job market.Third,in terms of social support,"career development banks"should be built up for the underprivileged college students.
