摘　　要：高校毕业生就业事关国家发展大计,是落实民生福祉的重要依托。新时代以来,地方高校深刻贯彻践行习近平总书记关于高校毕业生就业工作的重要论述,从高校毕业生就业的理念、制度、组织、规则、人员等方面出发,综合性统筹、多元化参与、责任化执行,积极探索科学化、系统化、创新化的就业发展之路。The employment of college graduates bears on the national development plan and is an important basis for the improvement of peoples well-being.Ever since the new era,local colleges and universities deeply carry out and practice the vital statements of President Xi Jinping about the employment of college graduates.Starting from many aspects such as the ideas,institutions,organizations,regulations and the personnel,local colleges are committed to comprehensive planning,diversified participation and responsible execution,aiming to actively explore a scientific,systematic and innovative way for college graduates employment development.
