摘  要:为解决智能制造新生产模式的企业生产安全评价问题,从人-机-料-法-环的视角,设计了含智造人员、智能设备、工业互联网与数据、智能制造安全管理、智能生产控制平台五大维度的智能制造企业生产安全评价指标体系。继而,引入一种基于AHP的灰云评价模型,来解决安全评价中信息灰性与随机性问题,并可运用该模型生成的灰云图像更加直观的进行薄弱因素识别。最后对福建4家电子类智能制造试点示范企业的生产安全进行实证研究。系统评价结果表明:模型评价结果与实际相符合;智能制造企业中智造人员与智能安全管理的安全水平存在明显的滞后现象;网络入侵防御、数据安全及智能安全监管与预警是目前智能智造企业生产安全的薄弱因素。In order to solve the problem of enterprise production safety evaluation in the new production mode of in-telligent manufacturing,this paper designs the production safety evaluation index system of intelligent manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of man-machine material method,which is based on five dimensions:intelligent manufacturing personnel,intelligent equipment,industrial internet and data,inteligent manufacturing safety manage-ment and intelligent production control platform.Following that,a gray cloud evaluation model based on AHP is intro-duced to solve the problem of information grayness and randomness in safety evaluation,and the gray cloud images generated by the model can be used to identify weak factors more intuitively.Finally,an empirical study is conducted on the production safety of four pilot demonstration enterprises ofelectronic smart manufacturing in Fujian.The system evaluation shows that the model evaluation results are consistent with the reality.There is an obvious lag in the safety level of intelligent manufacturing personnel and intelligent safety management in intelligent manufacturing enterpri-ses.At present,the weak factors of production safety in intelligent manufacturing enterprises include network intrusion prevention,data security,and intelligent security supervision,and early warning.
