摘 要:随着《氯碱生产氯气安全设施通用技术要求》的实施,各省市安监部门对重大危险源的安全设施要求进一步提升,东大化学公司液氯最大储存量达到331 t,为一级重大危险源,原有事故废氯气吸收与电解事故氯、氯压机轴封密封气、次氯酸钠生产装置共用,对液氯储存的自动化设施及事故氯处理独立设置进行优化设计研究,以提高生产系统的安全稳定性。With the implementation of General Technical Requirements for Chlorine Gas Safety Facilities in Chlor-alkali Production,safety supervision departments of provinces and cities have further improved their requirements for safety facilities of major hazard sources.The maximum storage capacity of liquid chlorine in Dongda Chemical Company has reached 331 t,which is a level 1 major hazard source,and the original accidental waste chlorine absorption is shared with electrolytic accidental chlorine,chlorine press shaft seal gas,and sodium hypochlorite production units.An optimization design study is conducted on the automated facilities for liquid chlorine storage and independent settings for accidental chlorine treatment to improve the safety stability of the production system.
