摘　　要：煤气排水器是一种用于收集并排出煤气(燃气)管网中的冷凝水、积水和污物的附属设施,也是确保煤气输送管网和用户使用安全稳定的重要设施。但在日常中经常会出现因排水器水封高度不足或缺水导致煤气排水器击穿,引发大量煤气泄漏,甚至是发生人员中毒的安全生产事故。特别是在管网末端,因为煤气中冷凝水的析出较少,排水器内极易发生缺水现象,经常需要人员对该设施进行巡查并进行补水,带来很多潜在的事故风险。因此,重点研究了如何设计卧式煤气排水器的自动补水装置,希望从本质安全考量,有效解决煤气末端用户排水器缺水可能引发的煤气泄漏、中毒事故。Gas drain is an accessory facility used to collect and discharge condensate,stagnant water and dirt from gas pipeline network,it is also an important facility to ensure the safe and stable use of the gas transmission pipe net-work and users.However,in daily life,gas drainers are often broken down due to insufficient water seal height or water shortage of drainers,leading to a large number of gas leaks,and even poisoning accidents.Especially at the end of the pipeline network,because the precipitation of condensate in the gas is less,water shortage is very likely to occur in the drain,so it is often necessary for personnel to inspect the facility and make up water bringing many potential accident risks.Therefore,this paper focuses on how to design the automatic water replenishing device ofhorizontal gas drainer,hoping to effectively solve the gas leakage and poisoning accidents caused by the water shortage of gas end user drainer from the perspective of intrinsic safety.
