温度对栉孔扇贝存活与生长的影响

摘　　要：该研究以栉孔扇贝(Azumapecten farreri)为主要研究对象,探讨不同的水温对其存活和生长情况的影响。试验选用的栉孔扇贝,规格为壳长(8.67±0.020)mm,体质量(0.15±0.001)g的稚贝,共240只,随机分为4个温度组。即温度I组、温度Ⅱ组、温度Ⅲ组和温度Ⅳ组。每组的海水温度分别为5℃~10℃、10℃~15℃、15℃~20℃和20℃~25℃。整个饲养试验为期15d。试验过程记录扇贝的存活情况,同时记录扇贝试验始末的壳长和体质量。结果发现,温度Ⅲ组的扇贝存活率、壳长增长率和体质量增长率极显著地高于温度I组和温度Ⅳ组(P<0.01);温度Ⅱ组的扇贝存活率、壳增长率和贝体质量的增长率显著地高于温度I组和温度Ⅳ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,扇贝在15℃~20℃的范围内,其存活率、壳长增长率和体质量的增长率最佳,温度不在这个范围内扇贝的存活、壳增长和体质量的增长则受到一定的限制。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different water temperatures on the survival and growth of ctenophore scallops(Azumapecten farreri)as the main object of study.The ctenophore scallops selected for the experiment,with the specifications of shell length(8.67±0.020)mm and body mass(0.15±0.001)g,were 240 juvenile scallops,which were randomly divided into four temperature groups.That is,temperature group I,temperature group II,temperature group III and temperature group IV.The seawater temperature in each group was 5℃~10℃,10℃~15℃,15℃~20℃and 20℃~25℃,respectively.The survival of the scallops was recor-ded during the experiment for 15 d.The shell length and body mass at the beginning and end of the experiment were also recorded.It was found that the survival rate,shell length growth rate and body mass growth rate of scal-lops in temperature group III were significantly higher than those in temperature group I and temperature group IV(P<0.01);the survival rate,shell growth rate and body mass growth rate of scallops in temperature group II were significantly higher than those in temperature group I and temperature group IV(P<0.05).The study showed that the survival rate,shell length growth rate and body mass growth rate of scallops were best in the range of 15℃-20℃,while the survival,shell growth rate and body mass growth rate of scallops were somewhat limited at temper-atures not in this range.
