江苏省水资源管理与保护的一些认识

摘　　要：随着江苏省水资源管理与保护工作的深入开展,最严格水资源管理体系不断健全,水资源配置体系、保护体系持续完善,监管能力逐步提升,管理改革不断创新。在总结工作成效和分析面临的主要问题基础上,从提升水资源集约安全利用、综合调配管理、河湖生态修复、高效智慧服务和依法管水护水能力等5个方面,提出了推动新时期江苏水资源管理与保护高质量发展的思考。The most stringent water resource management system had improved constantly,the water resources allocation system and protection system had continued to improve,the supervision capacity had been gradually improved,the management reform had kept innovating,all those had strongly supported for the important position in the national economic and social general layout in Jiangsu.Based on the summary,the results and the analysis of the main problems,this paper puts forward the thinking of promoting the high quality development of Jiangsu water resources management and protection in the new period of from five aspects,such as improving abilities of the intensive and safe utilization of water resources,comprehensive allocation management,river and lake ecological restoration,efficient and intelligent service and water management and protection according to law.
