摘 要:通过搭建厌氧-好氧生化反应装置,研究了白水和清水两种不同水源稀释桉木化机浆废水预处理方法对废水生化处理效果的影响。结果显示,在较低的进水负荷下(9 kg COD/m^(3)),两种预处理方法厌氧段的去除率相近,约60%,好氧段白水实验组去除率可达50%,清水实验组去除率在40%以下;在较高进水负荷下(15 kgCOD/m^(3)),白水实验组厌氧段去除率可达60%,而清水实验组厌氧去除率仅52%,好氧段白水实验组去除率与低负荷时相近,但是清水实验组去除率进一步降低至30%。废水可生化性测试结果显示,清水稀释化机浆废水并不能提升化机浆废水中可生化有机污染物的比例,导致了生化反应后出水水质不如白水稀释的效果好。In this paper,the effects of pretreatment methods of eucalyptus chemi-mechanical pulping(CMP)wastewater diluted with white water and clear water on biochemical treatment were studied by building an anaerobic-aerobic biochemical reaction device.The results showed that under low inf luent load(9 kgCOD/m3),the removal rate of the anaerobic section of the two pretreatment methods was similar,both reaching about 60%.The removal rate of the aerobic section of the white water could reach 50%,and the removal rate of the clean water was below 40%.Under high influent load(15 kgCOD/m3),the anaerobic removal rate of the white water can reach 60%,while the anaerobic removal rate of the clean water is only 52%.The removal rate of the aerobic white water experimental group is similar to that of the low load,but the removal rate of the clean water is further reduced to 30%.The results of wastewater biodegradability test showed that the dilution of CMP wastewater with clear water could not increase the proportion of biodegradability organic pollutants in wastewater,which was not as good as that of white water dilution.
