摘 要:对化学针叶木浆和化学阔叶木浆打浆前进行pH调控,研究了pH值对浆料打浆度、纤维形态及手抄片内结合强度、耐折度等浆料特性的影响。结果表明:在pH4~6较强酸性和pH>9的较强碱性条件下打浆,两种纸浆的浆料性能变化趋势基本一致;在酸碱作用下,纸浆中的细小纤维含量降低,滤水性变好,但内结合力和耐折度则变差;在pH7~8.5的范围内打浆,可获得最好的打浆效果。The pH regulation was performed before the beating of chemical softwood pulp and chemical hardwood pulp.And the effect of the pulp beating pH on beating degree,fiber morphology,internal bonding strength and folding strength of hand-sheet was analyzed.The results show that the properties change of the two samples was similar.The pulp filtration property became better since fines content decreased at higher acid or alkaline condition.What’s more,internal bonding strength and folding strength were also decreased at lower pH or higher pH.The best beating effect were gained in the range of pH 7-8.5.
