德国“双元制”教育体系对“双碳”背景下中国造纸业人才培养的启示

摘　　要：目前中国造纸业对“双碳”人才需求量与日俱增,但行业内人才培养面临一系列问题。本文通过实例分析、结构图展示的形式,借鉴百年历史的德国“双元制”教育体系成功经验,从制度保障、培养内容、培养条件、评价体系角度提出符合我国国情的造纸业人才培养改革措施。After the implementation of China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the demand for the talents related to carbon reduction business in China’s paper industry is increasing day by day,but the training of it faces a series of problems.Through case analysis and structure diagram display,this paper draws on the experience of the German“dual education system”with a hundred years of history,and puts forward the reform measures of talents training in line with China’s national conditions from the perspective of system guarantee,training content,training conditions and evaluation system.
