摘  要:针对轻型电站用柴油机的巨大需求,通过整机结构和基本参数计算,开展机体、活塞、连杆、燃油喷射系统、导风罩等核心部件的设计与计算,并进行气缸盖、手拉启动系统等部件选型,设计了173FJ单缸风冷直喷柴油机并进行了动力性和经济性的试验验证。In view of the huge demand for light power station diesel engines,the design and calculation of the core components such as the engine block,piston,connecting rod,fuel injection system,and wind deflector are carried out through the calculation of the overall structure and basic parameters,and the selection of the cylinder head,manual starting system and other components are carried out.The 173FJ single cylinder air-cooled direct injection diesel engine is designed and its power performance and economy were tested and verified.
