摘　　要：文章针对军用交流移动电站的测试需求,研制了一种142kVA军用交流移动电站的智能测试系统,介绍了该系统的硬件组成和软件设计特点。该系统以控制单元和DSP高速多通道同步采集卡为核心,通过对三相电压、电流的高速、高精度采集,结合LabVIEW平台下开发的测试软件,实现了满足移动电站测试要求的智能测试系统。经实际应用证明该智能测试系统具有测试结果准确,自动化程度高,工作稳定可靠,操作简便安全,能够灵活展开和转移的特点。Aiming at the test requirements of military AC mobile power station,this paper develops an intelligent test system of 142kVA military AC mobile power station,and introduces the hardware composition and software design features of the system.The system takes the control unit and DSP high-speed multi-channel synchronous acquisition card as the core.Through high-speed and high-precision acquisition of three-phase voltage and current,combined with the test software developed under the LabVIEW platform,the intelligent test system that meets the test requirements of mobile power station is realized.The practical application shows that the intelligent test system has the characteristics of accurate test results,high automation,stable and reliable work,simple and safe operation,and flexible use or transfer.
