摘  要:苯加氢装置可通过加氢反应脱除不饱和烃及少量硫化物,并进一步将组分进行精馏与提纯,生产出较高附加值的苯、甲苯、二甲苯等产品。装置的基础回路都采用PID控制,因装置内物料与能量存在耦合关系,使有些基础回路的PID控制效果变差。针对上述问题,通过对苯加氢生产过程实施先进控制与优化技术,显著提升了装置内被控变量的控制品质,并减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,同时通过优化改善了装置用能,取得了良好的经济效益。The Crude benzene hydro-refining unit is to remove unsaturated hydrocarbons and a small amount of sulfide by hydrogenation,and further rectify and refine the compositions to produce higher value-added products such as benzene,toluene and xylene.The basic loops of the unit are all controlled by PID,and the coupling correlation between material and energy in the unit makes the PID control of some basic loops less effective.For this reason,advanced control and optimized technology were applied for the crude benzene hydro-refining process,which significantly improved the quality of the controlled variables in the unit,reduced the labor intensity of the operators,improved the energy consumption of the unit and achieved good economic benefits.
