摘 要:结合绘制天然气净化装置爆炸危险区域划分图的经验,从工程设计的角度对绘制爆炸性气体环境危险区域时遇到的常见问题进行分析和总结。以含少量硫化氢气体的天然气原料气为例,通过计算得出,当爆炸性气体混合物中高等级危险介质体积分数很小时,爆炸性气体混合物的级别会降低的结论;验证了爆炸危险区域等级并不会在露天场所下降低,并且只有当通风等级为高级(VH)时,才可降低爆炸危险区域等级。以燃气导热油锅炉为例,通过新的分析思路,划分其周围的爆炸危险区域,通过分析表明:爆炸危险区域划分图应由生产人员、设备和工艺的专业人员绘制,对安全生产具有重要意义。Combined with the experience of drawing the explosive hazardous area classification maps of natural gas purification units,the common problems encountered in drawing up hazardous areas for explosive gas atmospheres are analyzed and summarized from the perspective of engineering design.Taking natural feed gas containing a small amount of hydrogen sulfide gas as an example,it is concluded by calculation that the level of explosive gas mixtures will decrease when the volume fraction of high-grade hazardous media in the explosive gas mixture is very small.It is verified that the explosion hazardous area rating does not decrease in open spaces,it can only decrease if the ventilation level is high(VH).Taking gas-fired thermal oil boilers as an example,the explosion hazard areas around them are divided through new analysis ideas.It indicates that the explosive hazardous area classification maps should be drawn by professionals who are responsible for production,equipment and process,it is significance.
