摘　　要：药物性狼疮是指服用某些药物后出现的与系统性红斑狼疮临床表现及血清学特点相似的一类临床综合征。引起药物性狼疮的药物多种多样,异烟肼作为最广泛的抗结核药物之一,也可引起药物性狼疮。本文报道1例异烟肼诱导的药物性狼疮,以提高对此疾病的认识和了解。Drug-induced lupus is a kind of clinical syndrome with similar clinical manifestations and serological characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus after taking certain drug.There are a variety of drugs causing drug-induced lupus,isoniazid as one of the most extensive anti-tuberculosis drugs,can also cause drug-induced lupus.This article reports a case of isoniazid-induced lupus to increase awareness and understanding of this disease.
