基于中西医临床病证特点的荨麻疹动物模型分析

摘　　要：本文基于荨麻疹临床病证特点,查阅相关文献,归纳总结现有荨麻疹动物模型。通过与临床病证的吻合情况进行分析,探讨荨麻疹动物模型的优缺点。发现目前应用较多的是免疫接触型动物模型。现有动物模型只能模拟单个发病环节,不能模拟荨麻疹发病全过程;造模方法大多均是建立在西医动物模型基础上,没有一套完整的中医证候造模方法;造模方法都是根据少数已知病因进行造模,模型较少。本文通过归纳整理荨麻疹动物模型,分析荨麻疹各造模方法的优缺点,对改进完善荨麻疹动物模型提出建议,以促进荨麻疹的临床研究。This study summarized urticaria animal models with literature research method and discussed strengthens and weaknesses of these models based on the clinical symptoms of the disease.It is found that most animal models are immunological contact urticaria models only simulating specific stage of the disease rather than the whole course.Animal models in western medicine are abundant,while no method for modeling Chinese medicine syndromes is available.Modeling is mainly performed based on known causes,with limited number of models available.This study further put forward suggestions for improving the modeling of urticaria,which is expected to promote the clinical research of it.
