摘　　要：病毒性肺炎传染性强,严重威胁人类健康,经典名方达原饮是明朝名医吴有性创制的治疗温病的方剂,载于《温疫论》,临床上使用达原饮作为基础方,灵活加减,有效应用于重症急性呼吸综合征(SARS)、新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床治疗。达原饮在抗击病毒性肺炎中疗效明显,本文总结近年来达原饮治疗病毒性肺炎的观察和研究结果,分析和认识达原饮抗病毒性肺炎的作用及其机制和特点,希望为进一步阐释达原饮作用机制,构建病毒新治疗策略提供思路。Viral pneumonia is highly contagious and seriously threats human health.Dayuanyin(达原饮),developed by Youxing Wu,a famous physician of traditional Chinese medicine in the Ming Dynasty,is a classic famous prescription for treating Wen(温) diseases.The prescription was recorded in Wen Yi Lun.It is modified for clinical use and demonstrates definite effects for severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) and coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Considering the obvious effect of Dayuanyin on viral pneumonia,this paper reviews the observation and research results of Dayuanyin in the treatment of viral pneumonia in recent years to probe into the effect,mechanism,and characteristics of Dayuanyin against viral pneumonia,aiming to provide ideas for further elucidating the therapeutic mechanism of Dayuanyin and developing new treatment strategies.
