摘　　要：肝癌是临床常见的高致死率恶性肿瘤,目前虽在肝癌的诊断和治疗上取得了较大进展,但仍存在患者预后不佳等问题。近年来研究表明,中药活性成分在肝癌的治疗中发挥积极作用,其机制可能与中药活性成分靶向调节细胞自噬有关。自噬作为细胞分解代谢途径之一,通过溶酶体降解细胞内潜在的有害物质,发挥保护细胞内环境稳态作用,是防治肝癌研究领域的热点问题。大量研究表明,中药活性成分可通过靶向细胞自噬途径诱导肝癌细胞凋亡、抑制肝癌细胞侵袭与转移、降低肝癌细胞耐药性。中药活性成分来源广泛,积极探寻在肝癌进展过程中具有调控细胞自噬作用的中药活性成分,对肝癌预防和治疗具有一定的应用前景及重要的科学意义。本文对近年来国内外研究现状进行分析,综述了中药活性成分调控自噬防治肝癌的临床前研究进展,以期为开发潜在的抗肝癌创新中药提供参考。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a common and highly lethal malignant tumor in clinical practice,and despite significant advances in the detection and treatment of HCC,there are still issues,such as poor prognosis of patients.Recent research has demonstrated that the active ingredients of Chinese medicine are effective in the treatment of HCC,and the mechanism may be attributed to the targeted modulation of autophagy by active ingredients of Chinese medicine.Autophagy,as one of the catabolic pathways of cells,sustains intracellular environmental homeostasis through the lysosomal degradation of potential harmful substances in cells,which is a hot topic in the research on the prevention and treatment of HCC.Numerous studies have shown that by targeting the autophagy pathway,the active ingredients of Chinese medicine can induce apoptosis,prevent invasion and metastasis,and decrease the drug resistance of HCC cells.The active ingredients of Chinese medicine possess a variety of sources.It has certain application prospects and is of scientific significance to actively explore the active ingredients of Chinese medicine that can modulate autophagy during the HCC progression for the prevention and treatment of HCC.The present study analyzed the research status in China and abroad in recent years and reviewed preclinical research advances in the modulation of autophagy by active ingredients of Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of HCC to provide references for the development of potential new Chinese medicines against HCC.
