摘　　要：目的评价妇幼保健机构服务能力,探讨其主要影响因素,提出改进对策与建议,为妇幼事业发展规划提供参考。方法采用TOPSIS方法对2011—2020年度安徽省妇幼保健机构服务能力进行评价,从基础配置、服务数量和服务效率三个维度选取指标,应用逐步回归分析探寻评价的主要影响因素。结果2020年相对接近度C值0.719最高,服务能力最高,2011年相对接近度C值0.206最低,服务能力最低,主要影响因素是卫生技术人员和出院人次。结论TOPSIS方法简单实用,安徽省妇幼保健机构整体服务效益逐年增高,服务效率有较大上升空间,卫生主管部门应加强人才培养与引进。ObjectiveTo evaluate the service capacity of maternal and child health institutions,explore their main influencing factors,propose improvement countermeasures and suggestions,and provide reference for the development planning of maternal and child business.Methods The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the service capacity of maternal and child health institutions in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020,and indicators were selected from three dimensions:basic configuration,service quantity and service efficiency,and stepwise regression analysis was applied to explore the main influencing factors of the evaluation.ResultsThe highest relative proximity C value of 0.719 and the highest service capacity in 2020 and the lowest relative proximity C value of 0.206 and the lowest service capacity in 201l were the main influencing factors of health technicians and hospital discharges.Conclusion TOPSIS method is simple and practical,The overall service efficiency of maternal and child health care institutions in Anhui Province is increasing year by year,and there is more room for upward movement in service efficiency.The health authorities should strengthen the training and introduction of talents.
