摘　　要：目的对心理一致感在护理研究领域的期刊文献进行文献计量学分析,探讨心理一致感在护理领域的研究热点趋势。方法计算机检索Web of Science核心数据库收录的心理一致感在护理研究领域的相关文献,主要运用CiteSpace及VOSviewer可视化软件进行网络图谱分析,检索时间范围为2003年1月1日-2022年8月31日。结果共纳入617篇英文文献,整体发文量呈螺旋上升趋势,文献质量较好。瑞典相关发文量最多,国外学术机构中介枢纽作用强,核心作者群相对成熟。心理一致感在护理领域的研究热点集中在验证、自我效能和负担3个方面。结论心理一致感在护理研究领域具有良好的发展前景,未来可继续把握研究热点,加强国际合作。Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of the journal literature on sense of coherence in the field of nursing research,and to explore the research hotspots of sense of coherence in the field of nursing.Methods The literature related to sense of coherence in the field of nursing research included in the core database of Web of Science was retrieved by computer.CiteSpace and VOSviewer visualization software were mainly used for network graph analysis.The retrieval time range was from January 1,2003 to August 31,2022.Results A total of 617 English literatures were included.The overall number of publications showed a spiral upward trend,and the quality of the literatures was good.Sweden had the largest number of relevant literatures,foreign academic institutions played a strong role as intermediary hubs,and the core author group was relatively mature.The research hotspots of sense of coherence in the field of nursing abroad focused on three aspects:validation,self-efficacy and burden.Conclusion Sense of coherence has a good development prospect in the field of nursing research.In the future,we can continue to grasp research hotspots and strengthen international cooperation.
