摘　　要：目的了解浙江省某三甲医院2017-2021年住院患者死亡病例的疾病构成特点,为疾病预防和医院管理提供决策依据。方法通过医院病案信息系统查找2017-2021年住院期间死亡患者,根据ICD-10国际疾病分类原则对主要死因进行分类分析。结果2017-2021年该院住院患者总人数为798247人次,死亡患者共1030例,病死率为0.13%;男性病死率为0.17%,高于女性的0.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院患者病死率随着年龄的增加而升高;死亡患者前3位死因依次为恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病,3类疾病占到全部死因的72.72%。结论全社会需提高对于男性心理健康与老年人慢性疾病预防与治疗的关注。恶性肿瘤、循环和呼吸系统疾病仍是造成死亡的主要原因,医院需优化资源配置,加强相应疾病的学科建设,以提升居民生活质量。Objective To analysis the disease composition characteristics of inpatient death cases in a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province from 2017 to 2021,so as to provide decision-making basis for disease prevention and hospital management.Methods The hospital medical record information system was used to search for patients who died during hospitalization from 2017 to 2021,and the main causes of death were classified according to the principles of ICD-10 International Classification of Diseases.Results From 2017 to 2021,the total number of inpatients in the hospital was 798247,and 1030 patients died,with a mortality rate of 0.13%;the mortality rate of males was 0.17%,which was higher than 0.09%of females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fatality rate of hospitalized patients increased with age;the top three causes of death among the dead patients were malignant tumors,circulatory system diseases,and respiratory system diseases,and the three types of diseases accounted for 72.72%of all causes of death.Conclusion The whole society needs to pay more attention to male mental health and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly.Malignant tumors,circulatory and respiratory diseases are still the main causes of death.Hospitals need to optimize the allocation of resources and strengthen the discipline construction of the above diseases to improve the quality of life of residents.
