摘 要:医改政策的持续推进给医院运营带来巨大挑战,医用耗材管理一直是医院管理的难题,信息化、智能化、精细化的管理模式必将取代传统模式。在此背景下,SPD管理模式不仅可以实现对医用耗材的统筹管理,而且可以有效提高耗材的整体管理效能,目前已被越来越多的医疗机构认可并引进。但SPD建设和运营是庞大的项目工程,涉及众多环节和人员,实施过程中存在一定风险,如运营风险、质量风险和廉政风险等,因此为了充分发挥SPD在耗材管理方面的应用优势,避免其运营不畅造成不良影响。本文详细阐述了SPD的内涵,实施过程中的风险因素以及应对措施,旨为其它医疗机构SPD项目的建设提供借鉴。The continuous advancement of the medical reform policy has brought huge challenges to hospital operations.The management of medical consumables has always been a major problem in hospital management,and the informational,intelligent and refined management model will replace the traditional model.Under this circumstance,SPD management model can not only realize the overall management of medical consumables,but also can effectively improve the management efficiency,which is recognized and applied by more and more hospitals.However,SPD construction and operation is a big project,involving lots of segments and personals,and countless risks will appear in the implementation process,such as operational risks,quality risks and integrity risks.Therefore,in order to give full play to the application advantages of SPD in consumables management,and avoid poor operation,this article elaborates the connotation of SPD,the risk factors in the implementation process,and formulate corresponding risk response measures,in order to provide reference for other medical institutions who aims to introduce SPD projects.
