摘 要:目的探究干扰素雾化吸入联合阿昔洛韦口服治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法以2020年9月-2022年9月重庆医科大学永川医院收治的200例小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(100例)与观察组(100例)。对照组给予阿昔洛韦口服治疗,观察组采用干扰素雾化吸入联合阿昔洛韦口服治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状消退时间(退热时间、疱疹消退时间、疼痛消退时间、恢复进食时间)、炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、疱疹消退时间、疼痛消退时间、恢复进食时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后CRP、TNF-α、IL-10水平低于治疗前,且观察组CRP、TNF-α、IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干扰素雾化吸入联合阿昔洛韦口服治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,可加快症状消退,下调患儿炎症因子水平,且不增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of interferon aerosol inhalation combined with acyclovir orally in the treatment of children with herpetic angina.Methods A total of 200 children with herpetic angina admitted to Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2020 to September 2022 were divided into control group(100 children)and observation group(100 children)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with acyclovir orally,and the observation group was treated with interferon atomization inhalation combined with acyclovir orally.The clinical efficacy,symptom regression time(antipyretic time,herpes regression time,pain regression time,recovery time),inflammatory factor levels[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,herpes regression time,pain regression time and recovery time of eating in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-10 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Interferon atomization inhalation combined with acyclovir orally is effective in the treatment of herpetic angina in children,which can accelerate the regression of symptoms,down-regulate the level of inflammatory factors in children,and does not increase adverse reactions.
