摘 要:目的 探讨基于网络学习平台的慕课(massive online open courses,MOOC)联合翻转课堂教法的应用研究。方法 选取2019年3月—2021年3月齐齐哈尔医学院2016级影像203名专业学生作为对照组,应用传统授课教学法。选取200名2017级影像专业学生作为试验组,应用基于网络学习平台的慕课联合翻转课堂混合式教学法,对比分析两组影像专业学生的教学效果。结果 对比研究两种不同的教学方法,试验组影像专业学生超声思维能力评分(89.82±5.21)分,明显高于对照组的(82.31±6.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组影像专业学生人文沟通能力评分(91.69±4.58)分,明显高于对照组的(81.43±5.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组教师对学生学习情况的评价及学生对课堂教学效果的评价明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在超声诊断教学中,基于网络学习平台的慕课联合翻转课堂教学法对教学效果的提高明显,不仅提高了影像专业学生的超声诊断能力、医患沟通能力,同时使学生的学习兴趣也得到了很大的提升。为培养优秀临床超声诊断医生打下了坚实基础,进一步促进了医学影像教育的快速发展。Objective To explore the application research of massive online open courses(MOOC)joint flipped classroom teaching method based on the network learning platform.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,a total of 203 students of Grade 2016 imaging major in Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the control group.Traditional teaching method was applied.A total of 200 students majoring in imaging in 2017 were selected as the experimental group.The blended teaching method of MOOC combined with flipped classroom based on network learning platform was applied to compare and analyze the teaching effects of the two groups of imaging students.Results A comparative study of two different teaching methods showed that the ultrasound thinking ability score of the imaging major students in the experimental group(89.82±5.21)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.31±6.12)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of humanistic communication ability of imaging students in the experimental group(91.69±4.58)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.43±5.91)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of students'learning situation and classroom teaching effectiveness by the experimental group teachers was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In ultrasonic diagnosis teaching,the combination of MOOC and flipped classroom teaching method based on network learning platform has significantly improved the teaching effect.It not only improves the ultrasonic diagnosis ability and doctor-patient communication ability of imaging students,but also greatly improves their learning interest.It lays a solid foundation for training excellent clinical ultrasound diagnostic doctors and further promotes the rapid development of medical imaging education.
