摘 要:目的 探讨基于转化理念融合的混合式教学在急诊护理实习生中的应用。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年4月在急诊科的70名护理实习生为研究主体,随机划分成为对照组与试验组,每组35名。对照组采用传统带教模式;试验组采用基于转化理念融合的混合式教学模式。对比两组实习生教学前后实践能力水平、护理行为能力。结果 教学后试验组实习生实践能力得分为(120.65±7.99)分,护理行为能力为(180.20±15.07)分,对照组实习生实践能力得分(90.22±6.87)分,护理行为能力为(150.96±12.78)分。试验组实际能力和护理行为能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于转化理念融合的混合式教学可强化急诊护理实习生实践能力,培养护理行为能力。Objective To explore the application of mixed teaching based on transformation concept integration in emergency nursing interns.Methods From January 2021 to April 2022,a total of 70 nursing students in the emergency department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The traditional teaching mode was used in the control group.The mixed teaching mode based on the integration of transformation ideas was used in the experimental group.The practical ability level and nursing behavior ability of the two groups of interns before and after teaching were compared.Results After teaching,the practical ability score of the experimental group interns was(120.65±7.99)points,the nursing behavior ability score was(180.20±15.07)points,the control group interns'practical ability score was(90.22±6.87)points,and the nursing behavior ability score was(150.96±12.78)points.The actual ability and nursing behavior ability scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching based on the integration of transformation concepts can strengthen the practical ability of emergency nursing interns and cultivate their nursing behavior ability.
