可视化教学在麻醉住培医师躯干神经阻滞教学中的应用

摘　　要：通过回顾总结近年佛山市第一人民医院住培基地麻醉专业住培医师在可视化技术用于躯干神经阻滞教学的情况(包括腹横肌平面阻滞的多种入路操作﹑腹直肌鞘阻滞﹑髂腹下-髂腹股沟神经阻滞﹑腰方肌阻滞﹑竖脊肌平面阻滞﹑胸椎旁阻滞等),梳理常见躯干神经阻滞的解剖基础和操作要点,总结麻醉住培医师带教和应用可视化技术的步骤,也说明如何进行住培医师观摩带教以及超声操作和维护。强调了可视化教学要点及注意事项,阐述了教学成效和感触。超声可视化引导技术用于躯干阻滞教学中,使操作更具体化、标准化,可激发学生积极性,提高教学安全性和效率,方便统一教学标准,教学效果达到同质化。为麻醉专业培训基地在可视化教学方面提供参考意见和实践经验。By reviewing and summarizing the application of visualization technology in the teaching of trunk nerve block in recent years by anesthesia practitioners in the First People's Hospital of Foshan base,including multiple approaches of transabdominal plane block,rectus abdominal sheath block,iliosubabdominal and ilioinguinal nerve block,quadratus lumbosus block,erectus spinae plane block,thoracic paravertebral block,etc.The anatomical basis and operation points of common trunk nerve block were summarized,and the steps of anesthesia teaching by resident anesthesiologists and the application of visualization techniques were summarized,and how to conduct resident anesthesiologists' observation and teaching,ultrasound operation and maintenance were also explained.The key points and attention points of visual teaching are emphasized,and the effect and experience of clinical teaching are illustrated.It is believed that the application of ultrasound visual guidance technology in trunk block teaching can make the operation more specific and standardized,stimulate students' enthusiasm,improve the safety and efficiency of teaching,facilitate the unification of teaching standards,and achieve the teaching effect of homogeneity,so as to provide reference and practical experience for the visual teaching of anesthesia professional training base.
