摘　　要：目的:探讨MRI在股外侧肌解剖数据测量和功能评估的临床应用。方法:招募志愿者30例,进行MRI股外侧肌成像,并测量双侧股外侧肌的宽度、厚度、横截面积、羽状角、体积和长度;嘱志愿者进行左侧足背屈收缩股外侧肌评估血氧水平依赖功能和弥散张量成像,比较静息状态和收缩状态下的数据,并进行统计分析。结果:所有志愿者均顺利完成检查,其中股外侧肌宽度、厚度、横截面积、羽状角、体积、长度和肌纤维长度的95%可信区间分别为6.23~15.18 cm、1.45~3.08 cm、13.04~27.57 cm~2、17.25~36.49°、497.28~721.83 cm~3、27.25~34.78 cm、3.46~7.31 cm。其中收缩侧股外侧肌(左侧)活化程度和聚氧参数和右侧比较有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。结论:MRI股外侧肌成像对股外侧肌的解剖结构认识和功能评估有一定的临床指导价值。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of MRI in the measurement of anatomical data and functional evaluation of the vastus lateralis muscle.Methods:A total of 30 volunteers were recruited for MRI of vastus lateralis muscle,and the width,thickness,cross-sectional area,pinna angle,volume and length of the vastus lateralis muscle bilaterally were measured.The volunteers were asked to perform the left dorsiflexion and contraction vastus lateralis muscle of the foot to evaluate the oxygen-dependent function and diffusion tensor imaging.The data in the resting state and contraction state were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:All volunteers completed the examination successfully.The 95%confidence intervals of width,thickness,cross-sectional area,pinnate angle,volume,length and muscle fiber length of vastus lateralis muscle were 6.23 to 15.18 cm,1.45 to 3.08 cm,13.04 to 27.57 cm 2,17.25 to 36.49°,497.28 to 721.83 cm 3,27.25 to 34.78 cm,3.46 to 7.31 cm,respectively.The activation degree and polyoxygen parameters of vastus lateralis muscle(left side)on the contractile side were significantly different from those on the right side(all P<0.05).Conclusion:MRI has a certain clinical guiding value in the anatomical data measurement and functional evaluation of the vastus lateralis muscle.
