摘  要:为分析智能化工作面回采实际运行效果,针对1308智能化采煤工作面实际情况,建立刮板输送机和转载机的联动变频调速评判指标,设计了3种变频调速方案。通过试验,对生产效率及吨煤电能消耗进行计算,确定最优方案;对智能化采煤工艺进行分析,并开展回采试验,得出能够兼顾工程质量和人员投入的采煤工艺;有针对性地对采煤设备进行改造,提高智能化采煤工作面的生产效率和稳定性。采集智能化采煤工作面和普通工作面在吨煤能耗、截割效率、反渗透用水量、人员数量和维修费等数据,得出结论:智能化采煤在电能消耗、材料消耗和减员控制方面具有明显优势。In order to analyze the practical effect of intelligent working face mining operation,and based on the actual situation of 1308 intelligent coal mining face,a linkage variable frequency speed regulation index for the scraper conveyor and transfer machine was established.Three variable frequency speed regulation schemes were designed thereafter.Through the experiment,the production efficiency and power consumption per ton of coal were calculated to determine the optimal scheme.Then,the intelligent coal mining process was analyzed and the mining experiments were conducted to obtain a coal mining process that could balance engineering quality and personnel investment.The coal mining equipment was reformed to improve the production efficiency and stability of intelligent coal mining face.Meanwhile,the data on power consumption,cutting efficiency,reverse osmosis water consumption,number of personnel,and maintenance costs from intelligent coal mining working faces and ordinary workings faces were collected.It was concluded that the intelligent coal mining had obvious advantages in power consumption,material consumption,and personnel reduction.
