摘 要:为了解决煤矿掘进与支护作业时间不平衡的问题,设计了煤矿边掘边锚快速掘进系统,掘进与支护平行作业,提高掘进生产效率。锚杆转载机组是边掘边锚快速掘进系统的一个重要组成部分,有4个锚杆钻机且可以同时作业,负责打顶锚杆和帮锚杆。根据锚杆转载机组的工作流程,设计了锚杆转载机组的液压系统,叙述了主要液压回路的组成和工作原理,对液压系统中关键的行走液压元件进行了选型设计计算,实现锚杆机和行走互锁,保证了机器操作的安全性。实际应用表明,该液压系统性能稳定可靠,满足了锚杆转载机组液压系统设计要求。In order to solve the problem of time imbalance between coal mine excavation and supporting operations,a fast excavation system of"bolt supporting while excavating"was designed,thus,these two could operated in parallel to improve excavation production efficiency.The bolt transfer unit was an important component of this system and it had four bolt drilling rigs that could operate simultaneously,which were responsible for roof bolts and side bolts.Then,according to the workflow of the bolt transfer unit,the hydraulic system of it was designed,and the composition and working principle of the main hydraulic loop were described.The selection,design,and calculation of key walking hydraulic components in the hydraulic system were carried out to achieve interlocking between the bolt drilling rig and the walking,ensuring the safety of machine operation.The practical application showed that the hydraulic system had stable and reliable performance,meeting the design requirements of the hydraulic system for the bolt transfer unit.
