摘  要:提高带速可以在不增加输送带运输线密度的情况下,有效提高带式输送机的运量。但随着带速的提升,托辊对输送带的限制能力降低,带式输送机的跑偏量也相应增加。为了减少输送机的故障率,进行了高速带式输送机托辊的功能分析,应用ARIZ进行了高速带式输送机托辊的技术矛盾、物理矛盾、操作区域、操作时间以及资源的分析,开展了最终理想解、小人法分析,给出了10种托辊设计方案,较好地实现了高带速下的带式输送机稳定运行。Increasing the belt speed can effectively improve the transportation volume of the belt conveyor without increasing the transit density of the conveyor belt.However,as the belt speed increases,the limiting capacity of the roller on the conveyor belt is reduced,and the deviation of the belt conveyor is also increased accordingly.In order to reduce the failure rate of the conveyor,a functional analysis of the high-speed belt conveyor roller was carried out.Meanwhile,ARIZ was applied to analyze the technical contradictions,physical contradictions,operating areas,operating time,and resources of the high-speed belt conveyor roller.Then,the final ideal solution and the smart little people method were carried out,and 10 design schemes for rollers were provided,which effectively achieved stable operation of the belt conveyor at high speed.
