摘  要:由于矿石性质和磨机工艺参数存在较大差异,衬板的磨损受到多方面因素的影响,磨机内不同仓位衬板的磨损速率也存在较大差异。为了掌握衬板磨损规律从而指导衬板更换和衬板优化设计,通过3D激光扫描分析技术,将磨机衬板的磨损状态转化为云点数据,对处理后的云点数据与标准模型进行对比,获取较为准确的磨损系数和规律。依据磨损规律对不同仓位衬板的结构进行合理优化,在节约金属用量、提高衬板使用寿命的同时,实现寿命匹配。Due to the great differences in ore properties and mill process parameters,the wear of liners is affected by various factors,and the wear rate of liners at different positions in the mill also varies differently.In order to master the rule of liner wear so as to guide the liner replacement and liner optimization design,the wear state of mill liner was converted into cloud point data by 3D laser scanning technology in this paper,and then the processed cloud point data was compared with the standard model to obtain more accurate wear coefficients and rules.Thus,according to the wear rule,structures of liners in different positions were reasonably optimized,which could save the metal and improve the service life of liners while achieving the life matching.
