摘 要:为解决振动弧形筛在粗精煤回收中筛上跑水、筛下跑粗、粗精煤回收效率低的问题,利用三质体高频细筛替代振动弧形筛,进行粗精煤回收工艺优化,并对优化前后的入料、筛上物、筛下物进行了小筛分试验。结果表明:采用三质体高频细筛后,在分级粒径均为0.3 mm时,粗精煤灰下降至8.97%,产率提升至91.77%,筛下物跑粗数量下降,粗精煤回收效率显著提升。In order to solve the problems of materials with high water content on the screen,coarse-grained materials running under the screen and low recovery efficiency of coarse clean coal in the recovery of coarse clean coal by vibratory curved screen,a three-mass high-frequency fine screen was used to replace the vibratory curved screen,and coarse clean coal recovery process was optimized as well.Then,small screening tests were conducted on the feed and materials on and under the screen before and after optimization.The results showed that after using the three-mass high-frequency fine screen,when the particle size grading was 0.3 mm,the coal ash of coarse clean coal decreased to 8.97%,the yield increased to 91.77%,the amou nt of coarse-grained materials running under the screen decreased,and the recovery efficiency of coarse clean coal was significantly improved.
