基于C/S结构的县级林草资源档案管理系统设计与实现

摘　　要：从林草资源档案管理更新工作出发,设计了县级林草资源档案管理系统的功能结构,利用C#程序设计语言、桌面端的ArcEngine开发包和SQL Server数据库,实现了C/S结构的县级林草资源档案管理系统。开发完成后的系统操作简单方便,具有空间数据展示、数据录入、档案数据管理、数据年度更新、保密权限管理、数据上传下载功能,系统已应用到部分县级的森林资源档案管理工作。应用表明,系统能够较大幅度提升基层林草主管单位的信息化管理水平,提升林草资源档案管理工作的规范性。The functional structure of the forest and grass resources archives management system was designed based on the forest and grass resources archives management and updating work of the county level forest and grass administrative units.The county level archives management system with C#programming language,ArcEngine development package on the desktop and SQL server database was implemented.The completed system is simple and convenient to operate.It has the functions of spatial data display,data entry,archive data management,annual data update,confidentiality authority management,data upload and download.The system has been applied to the forest resource archive management at the county level.The application shows that the system can greatly improve the informatization management level of grass-roots forest and grass administrative units,and improve the standardization of forest and grass resource archives management.
