摘　　要：简述了东营市林业“十三五”期间的发展成就,归纳总结了东营市林业发展现状和存在的问题,并以问题为导向,提出了东营市“十四五”期间林业发展的建设目标、总体思路和布局,为东营林业高质量发展制定了六大对策,并在此基础上提出了相关建议,以期为东营的林业实际工作提供方向性的指导。This paper briefly describes the development achievements of forestry in Dongying during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,summarizes the current situation and existing problems of Dongying forestry development.Bases on the existing problems,the paper puts forward the construction target,general idea and layout of the forestry development in Dongying during the"14th Five-Year Plan",and formulates six countermeasures for the high quality development of Dongying forestry.On this basis,it also puts forward relevant suggestion,in order to provide directional guidance for the practical work of Dongying forestry.
