摘 要:为了实现危废的无害化利用,推动水泥窑协同处置危废,本文将不同种类的危废配伍后作为替代燃料在分解炉内燃烧,并系统研究了危废替代燃料对水泥窑系统运行参数的影响,分析了危废燃料对熟料标煤用量、CO_(2)排放的影响效果,阐明了危废燃料对熟料性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:经过配伍预处理后的危废可以作为替代燃料在分解炉内燃烧,减少熟料的标准煤耗,实现CO_(2)的减排。当危废替代燃料的热值控制在7500~8500 kJ/kg之间时,其最佳投料量范围在1.6~2.7 m^(3)/h,最大节煤量达到1.59 kg/t.cl,CO_(2)最大减排量为4.39 kg/t.cl。增加危废替代燃料的单位热值,降低其含水率,可以节约更多的熟料煤耗,实现CO_(2)的进一步减排。合理的投加量下,危废替代燃料燃烧后,对窑系统的工艺参数和熟料质量没有负面影响。Various hazardous wastes are mixed and burned in the calciner as alternative fuels in order to achieve the harmless utilization and promote the development of the cooperative disposal of hazardous wastes in cement kilns.In this paper,the effect of hazardous waste fuel on the operation parameters of the cement kiln system is systematically studied,the impact of hazardous waste fuel on the standard coal consumption and CO_(2)emission of clinker are analyzed,and the law of the influence of hazardous waste fuel on clinker performance is explained.The research indicates that the hazardous waste with a calorific value can be used as an alternative fuel to burn in the calciner,which can lower the amount of standard coal used to produce clinker and decrease CO_(2)emissions.When the calorific value of alternative fuel is controlled in the range of 7500~8500(kJ/kg),the optimal feeding amount ranges from 1.6 m^(3)/h to 2.7 m^(3)/h,the maximum coal saving reaches 1.59 kg/t.cl,and the maximum CO_(2)emission reduction is 4.39 kg/t.cl.Increasing the unit calorific value of hazardous waste alternative fuel and reducing its water content can save more clinker coal consumption and further reduce CO_(2)emission.The process parameters of kiln system and clinker quality are unaffected by the combustion of alternative fuel when used in a reasonable amount.
