摘  要:某选矿厂钛铁尾矿的磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占95%,属于微细粒级尾矿,脱水难度较大。针对其沉降慢的问题,进行了絮凝剂选型试验、单因素试验和响应面试验,计算各个沉降时间的固体浓度、沉降速率和极限底流浓度,探究了矿浆浓度、絮凝剂浓度、絮凝剂单耗对絮凝沉降的影响,并对目标因素进行优化和预测。试验结果表明:1800万分子量的APAM絮凝沉降效果最好;单因素试验中最佳矿浆浓度为6%,最佳絮凝剂浓度为0.02%,最佳絮凝剂单耗为25 g/t;各目标因素在响应面试验的最优值分别为5.58%、0.02%、24.19 g/t,此时得到最大极限底流浓度为64.77%。在此基础上进行3次平行验证实验,试验均值为64.71%,与预测结果近乎一致,显示此试验流程得到的参数具有一定的可靠性,可为微细粒钛铁尾矿参数选择提供依据。As the grinding fineness of 95%of the ilmenite tailing from a concentrator is-0.074 mm,the ilmenite tailing belongs to the microparticl sized tailing whose dehydration is very difficult.In view of the problem for the slow sedimentation of the certain microparticl sized ilmenite tailings,in this paper,we have carried out the flocculant selection test,single-factor test and response surface test have calculated.the solid concentration,settling rate and ultimate undercurrent concentration at each settling time,have explored influences of the slurry concentration,flocculant concentration and unit consumption of flocculant on the flocculation and sedimentation of the tailing,and have optimized and predicted the target factors.The experimental results show that the APAM with 18 million molecular weight has the best flocculation and sedimentation effect.The single factor test shows that the best slurry concentration was 6%,the best flocculant concentration was 0.02%,and the best unit consumption of flocculant was 25 g/t.The optimal parameters of slurry concentration,flocculant concentration and unit consumption of flocculant were 5.58%,0.02%and 24.19 g/t,respectively,and the maximum ultimate undercurrent concentration was 64.77%.On the basis of above tests,we have carried out three parallel validation tests,and obtained the average value of 64.71%,which was almost consistent with the predicted results,for the ultimate undercurrent concentration.The parameters obtained through this experimental process had certain reliability,and can be provided as the base for the selection of parameters for processing the microparticle sized ilmenite tailing.
