摘 要:某款已经量产的SUV在前期设计开发过程中,未充分考虑C-IASI规程中车内乘员安全工况,不能满足最新C-IASI工况设计目标。以本款SUV白车身为研究对象,建立有限元模型按C-IASI规程的验证工况进行车内乘员安全的受力分析和试验摸底。依据车身骨架结构的力学特性及分析结果进行骨架结构优化设计,最终经过有限元分析及实车验证达到设计目标;通过有限元分析方法和方案优化,可以在数据设计阶段有效改善车身安全性,大大缩短车身开发周期和成本。In the early design and development process of a mass-produced SUV,the safety conditions of the members in the C-IASI regulations were not fully considered,which could not meet the latest C-IASI design goals.Taking the white body of this SUV as the research object,a finite element model was established to conduct force analysis and experimental investigation on the safety of members inside the vehicle according to the validation conditions of C-IASI regulations.Based on the mechanical characteristics and analysis results of the body skeleton structure,the optimization design of the skeleton structure is carried out,and the design goal is ultimately achieved through finite element analysis and actual vehicle verification;Through finite element analysis methods and scheme optimization,the safety of the vehicle body can be effectively improved during the data design phase,greatly shortening the development cycle and cost of the vehicle body.
