摘  要:以氯乙酸、乙二胺、邻氯苯酚为原料,在三氧化二铝的催化下,制得无磷环保的乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠(EDDHANa),并测试产物对铜、铁、锰、锌等金属离子的螯合性能。EDDHA-Na与MgSO_(4)对提高双氧水漂白效果有良好的协同作用,可以同时络合金属离子以及吸附氢过氧根自由基(HOO∙)。将EDDHA-Na与MgSO_(4)二元体系应用于织物双氧水漂白中,并且通过实验确定m(EDDHA-Na)∶m(MgSO_(4))=5∶1可以获得较好的白度与强力保留率。With chloroacetic acid,ethylenediamine and o-chlorophenol as raw materials,phosphorus free and environment-friendly ethylenediamine disophenylacetate(EDDHA-Na)was prepared under the catalysis of aluminum oxide,and the chelating properties of the product to copper,iron,manganese,zinc and other met⁃al ions were tested.EDDHA-Na and MgSO_(4) had a good synergistic effect on improving the bleaching effect of hydrogen peroxide,which could simultaneously complexe metal ions and adsorb hydroperoxyl radical(HOO∙)at the same time.The binary system of EDDHA-Na and MgSO_(4) was applied to hydrogen peroxide fabric bleaching,and it was determined by experiments that m(EDDHA-Na)∶m(MgSO_(4))=5∶1 could obtain better whiteness and strength retention.
