摘　　要：分析了硫化染料染棉织物/纱线使用硫化碱的性能与缺点,采用新型还原剂Sudersul替代硫化碱用于棉硫化染料染色,阐述其在染色生产、生态环境保护、储存安全性、降低污水处理成本等方面的应用,以及染色织物在产品质量等方面的性能优势,证明其是取代硫化碱等硫化物的环境友好型环保还原剂。The properties and disadvantages of the use of alkali sulfide in the dyeing of cotton fabric/yarn with sulfur dyes were analyzed.A new environment-friendly reducing agent Sudersul was used to replace al⁃kali sulfide in the dyeing of cotton with sulfur dyes,its application in the aspects of dyeing production,ecologi⁃cal environment protection and storage safety,reducing the cost of sewage treatment,and the performance advantages of dyed fabrics in the aspects of product quality were expounded.It is proved that it is an environ⁃ment-friendly reducing agent to replace sulfides such as alkali sulfide.
