摘  要:二氧化氯消毒剂是国际上公认的高效灭菌消毒剂,对微生物有较强的杀灭作用,具有广谱、强力、快速、持久等特性,广泛应用于医疗卫生、食品加工、畜舍消毒、牧场天然饮用水处理等领域。但目前关于二氧化氯对微生物的灭活机制尚未完全明确。文章通过综述二氧化氯对细菌氨基酸、细胞结构、DNA分子及对病毒蛋白衣壳、遗传物质的作用阐明二氧化氯对微生物的杀灭机制,旨在为二氧化氯消毒剂的应用提供更加科学和可靠的依据,从而促进二氧化氯消毒剂产品的改进。Chlorine dioxide disinfectant is internationally recognized as an efficient sterilization disinfectant,which has a strong killing effect on microorganisms.It has broad spectrum,strong,fast and long lasting characteristics,and is widely used in medical and health care,food processing,livestock house disinfection,natural drinking water in pastures treatment and other fields.However,the inactivation mechanism of chlorine dioxide on microorganisms is not completely clear.This study reviewed the mechanism of chlorine dioxide on amino acid,cell structure,DNA molecule of bacteria,protein capsid and genetic material of viral to clarify the killing mechanism of chlorine dioxide on microorganisms,aiming to provide more scientific and reliable basis for the application of chlorine dioxide disinfectant and promote the improvement of chlorine dioxide disinfectant products.
