摘 要:针织物平幅轧液过程中,存在因力施加不当导致织物伸长的问题,影响织物尺寸稳定性。在分析受力线圈结构变化和针织物拉伸变形计算模型的基础上,以保证针织物形变量为目标,建立了轧液针织物纹路方向形变物理方程,提出了轧液前张力与轧辊线压力的配合原则,计算了实际轧液过程中的织物伸长量。结果表明:该物理方程能够反映轧液过程中针织物的形变规律,为解决平幅印染加工模式的轧液压力控制问题提供理论基础。In the open-width rolling process of knitted fabric,there is a problem that the fabric is elongated due to improper force application,affecting the dimensional stability of the fabric.Based on the analysis of the structure change of forced loop and the calculation model of knitted fabric tensile deformation,the physical equation of wale-direction deformation of squeezing knitted fabric is established to ensure the deformation of the knitted fabric.The coordinate principle of the tension before rolling and the pressure of roll line is put forward,and the fabric extension in actual rolling process is calculated.The results show that the physical equation can reflect the deformation law of knitted fabric during the rolling process,providing the theoretical basis for solving the problem of rolling pressure control in open-width printing and dyeing mode.
