超支链化蓬松柔软硅油RH-NB-8127在聚酯型化纤织物上的应用

摘　　要：采用特殊工艺制备的超支链化硅油、不同HLB值的异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,复配得到超支链化蓬松柔软硅油RH-NB-8127。研究产品性能的主要影响因素及产品应用效果。结果表明:RH-NB-8127硅油乳液应用于聚酯型化纤织物以及棉混纺织物上,不仅具有较好的柔软性能,并且具有优异的蓬松效果。Hyperbranched fluffy soft silicone oil RH-NB-8127 is prepared by the combination of hyperbranched chain silicone oil prepared by a special process,heterogeneous fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether with different HLB values and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.The main influencing factors of product performance and product application effect are studied.The results show that RH-NB-8127 silicone oil emulsion applied to polyester chemical fiber fabric and cotton blended fabric not only has good softness,but also possesses excellent fluffy effect.
