摘　　要：分析了坯布及半制品质量、上浆、墨水、印花设备及环境温湿度对活性染料数码印花得色量的影响。对比试验分析了在不同的烘干、汽蒸工艺条件下各只墨水的得色量变化情况,总结了适合生产的工艺条件。The effects of the quality of grey cloth and semi-product,sizing,ink,printing equipment,and ambient temperature and humidity on the color yield of digital reactive dye printing were analyzed.Variations in color yield under different drying and steaming process conditions of each ink were evaluated through comparison testing,and some suitable process conditions for manufacturing were summarized.
