摘 要:随着铁路客票系统的快速发展,基于铁路12306平台的旅客出行全过程智能服务业务体系已形成,对系统及业务运维的安全、效率、智能等方面也提出了更高的要求,因而设计研究了能够适应客票系统持续快速发展的集中智能运维平台。在阐述现有客票运维系统不足的基础上,分析微服务架构的设计思想和优势,根据运维平台的系统需求,采用前后台分离的设计模式,重点设计研究平台的后端服务架构、前端界面架构、微服务划分、总体架构和系统功能。将平台划分为多个独立运行的微服务,实现了服务管理、业务处理、监控预警和平台管理等功能。平台的投产应用实现了运维事件的安全、高效处置,提高了运维处置能力及智能程度,有效地提升客票系统运维质量。As the railway ticketing system rapidly develops,the intelligent service business system for the whole process of railway passenger travel based on the 12306 platform has been formed.In addition,higher requirements are put forward for the safety,efficiency,and intelligence of the system and business operation and maintenance.Therefore,this paper designed a centralized intelligent operation and maintenance platform that can adapt to the continuous and rapid development of the railway ticketing system.After describing the shortcomings of the existing railway ticketing operation and maintenance system,the paper analyzed the design idea and advantages of the microservice architecture.According to the system requirements of the operation and maintenance platform,it adopted the separation of front and back platforms and studied the back-end service architecture,the front-end interface architecture,the microservice division,the overall architecture,and the system functions.The platform was divided into multiple independent microservices to realize the functions of service management,business processing,monitoring and warning,platform management,and other functions.The application of the platform realizes safe and efficient handling of operation and maintenance events,improves the operation and maintenance handling capacity and intelligence,and effectively raises the operation and maintenance quality of the railway ticketing system.
