摘  要:连续油管工艺已广泛应用于大斜度气井生产。利用其优势,本文提出了一项新的连续油管柱塞气举复合工艺。与常规油管相比,连续油管内壁存在焊缝且由于大斜度造成其曲率连续变化,导致柱塞在连续油管内进行举升时偏离轴线,致使常规油管柱塞运动模型不能准确描述柱塞在大斜度井连续油管内运动特性。为了准确描述柱塞在连续油管中的运动特征以提高排水采气效率,设计并建立了大斜度井连续油管柱塞气举实验装置,开展了柱塞通过性实验和柱塞运动特性实验,对弹块柱塞上下行程的位移、速度进行了监测和分析。结合连续油管柱塞运动测试结果,引入轴线偏移量修正流体运动摩阻,建立了考虑柱塞偏心的连续油管柱塞举升动力学模型。计算结果表明,周期循环内,连续油管内柱塞运动实际速度值与预测速度值误差小于10%,该模型能够较好反映柱塞气举时的运动特性,为大斜度连续油管柱塞气举的优化及排水采气效率的提升提供了依据。The coiled tubing technology has been widely used in the production of highly deviated gas wells.Based on its advantages,a new composite lifting technology for the coiled tubing plunger gas lift was proposed in this paper.Compared with conventional tubing,there are welds on the inner wall of the coiled tubing,and the curvature of the coiled tubing changes continuously due to the high-angle deviation,resulting in the plunger deviating from the axis when it is lifted in the coiled tubing.Therefore,the conventional tubing plunger motion model cannot accurately describe the motion characteristics of the plunger in the coiled tubing of highly deviated wells.In order to accurately describe the motion characteristics of the plunger in the coiled tubing and improve the efficiency of drainage and gas production,a experimental testing device for the plunger motion in coiled tubing was designed and established.By using this device,the plunger passability and the plunger movement characteristic test were carried out,and the displacement and velocity of the plunger were monitored and analyzed.Based on the test results of coiled tubing plunger movement,a dynamic lifting model of coiled tubing plunger considering the eccentricity of the plunger was established by introducing axis offset to correct the fluid motion friction.The results showed that within a cyclic period,the error between actual and predicted speeds of the coiled tubing plunger movement was less than 10%.The model can better reflect the motion characteristics of the plunger and provide a basis for improving the efficiency of drainage gas recovery for coiled tubing plunger gas lift in highly deviated well.
