摘 要:针对连续管本体砂卡后上提吨位有限,且无法建立有效循环,贸然上提易造成连续管拉断落井而使复杂进一步扩大,常规解卡工艺处理时间长、处理难度大等问题,创新研究了连续管穿芯解卡工艺。基于穿芯下管和冲砂解卡的作业原理,采用双提升系统的修井机进行作业,悬挂卡钻连续管的同时,在油套环空之间下入穿芯管柱,重新建立循环通道进行冲砂,实现连续管解卡打捞。现场应用结果表明,连续管穿芯解卡工艺技术通过“一趟钻”实现井内沉砂的快速清理,避免井下多次套铣、切割、打捞等作业,可有效提高连续管砂卡事故的处理效率,该工艺安全性高、作业成本低、作业后井筒及连续管完整性等方面有突出优势。在长庆区域累计应用4口井,解卡成功率100%,其成功实施为连续管复杂处理提供了一种新的技术手段。Due to the limited tonnage after sand stuck of continuous pipe,and the inability to establish effective circulation,hasty lifting can easily cause the continuous pipe to break off and fall down the well,further increasing the complexity,long processing time and great difficulty of conventional process.according to these problems,the core-threading fishing technique for stuck continuous pipe is developed.Based on the operation principle of core-threading and sand flushing,workover rig with double lifting system is adopted for operation.While hanging stuck continuous pipe,core threading string is run between oil casing annulus,reestablish the circulation channel for sand flushing to free stuck and fish.The field application results show that core-threading fishing technique for stuck continuous pipe can effectively improve the operation efficiency of freeing suck continuous pipe and reduce the operation cost.The cumulative success rate of its application in 4 complex wells is 100%,its successful implementation provides a new technical means for complex event processing of continuous pipe.
