摘　　要：川渝地区页岩气开发向深层迈进,连续油管作业在长水平段下入过程中容易发生螺旋锁定、钻压无法传递等问题,严重制约了连续油管在深层页岩气井中的应用。传统磨鞋采用正向或者反向单一水眼设计,如果要切换磨鞋水眼方向将起下管串增加时效。双向水眼自动换向磨鞋,可通过触障自动切换流道,集反向水眼磨鞋与正向水眼磨鞋的优点于一体。反向水眼可提供向前拖拽力,增加碎屑运移能力,正向水眼能保证桥塞的正常钻磨,有效解决螺旋锁定与钻压传递的问题,提高施工效率。现场试验结果表明,双向水眼自动换向磨鞋不仅能够延伸下入深度,提高作业效率,还能够增加碎屑运移、减少卡钻风险。Shale gas development in the Sichuan-Chongqing area is moving towards deep reservoirs.Coiled tubing operations are prone to screw locking and inability to transmit WOB during the running of long horizontal sections,which has severely restricted the application of coiled tubing in deep shale gas wells.The traditional mill shoe adopts a forward or reverse single water eye design.If the direction of water eye needs to be changed,the lower tube string will increase the working time.The bidirectional water eye automatic reversing grinding shoe,can automatically switch the flow channel by touching the barrier,which integrates the advantages of the reverse nozzle mill shoe and the forward nozzle mill shoe.The reverse nozzle can provide forward drag force and increase the debris migration capacity,and the forward nozzle can ensure the normal drilling and mill of the bridge plug,effectively solve the problems of screw locking and WOB transmission,and improve the operation efficiency.The field test results show that the automatic switching of forward and reverse mill shoe can not only extends the running depth and improves the operation efficiency,but also increases the movement of debris and reduces the risk of sticking.
