摘　　要：ChatGPT的诞生是AIGC发展的重要节点,这或将使AIGC颠覆传统的内容生产方式和信息获取方式。介绍了AIGC的发展、技术和基本应用,并将AIGC引入到通信设计领域,主要从通信领域ChatGPT、智能通信设计和智能网络支撑等方面探讨AIGC在通信设计领域的具体应用场景,对今后AIGC赋能通信设计领域提供了一些思路与建议。The birth of ChatGPT is an important node in the development of AIGC,which may enable AIGC to disrupt the traditional way of content production and information acquisition.It introduces the development,technology and basic application of AIGC,and introduces AIGC into the field of communication design.The specific application scenarios of AIGC in the field of communication design are mainly discussed from the aspects of ChatGPT,intelligent communication design and intelligent network support,and some ideas and suggestions are provided for the future AIGC enabling communication design field.
