摘　　要：未成年人的素养培养关系一个国家的未来发展。论文以南京图书馆“文化筑梦”书香童年1+N项目为例,探讨基于素养培养的公共图书馆未成年人阅读推广模式。通过阐述该项目的由来和理念、开展情况,介绍南京图书馆基于素养培养的未成年人阅读推广工作,并分析其创新点,提出基于素养培养的公共图书馆未成年人阅读推广策略,以期达到促进未成年人素养的全面发展,用阅读帮助未成年人构建梦想、点亮未来的愿望。The cultivation of the quality of minors is related to the future development of a country.This paper takes the“Cultural Dream-building”Scholarly Childhood 1+N project of Nanjing Library as an example,explores the public library’s promotion model for minors’reading based on comprehensive cultivation.By elaborating on the origin and concept of this project,its implementation status,introducing Nanjing Library’s quality-based promotion of minors’reading,analyzing its innovative points,and proposing a public library’s promotion strategy for minors’reading based on comprehensive cultivation.The goal is to promote the comprehensive development of minors’quality and help them build dreams and light up their future through reading.
