苗前除草剂对裸地月季田间杂草防控效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]采用3种市面常见的苗前除草剂二甲戊灵、莠去津和氨氟乐灵,对3年生月季进行地面喷施除草,评估3种除草剂的安全性和有效性。[方法]每种除草剂设计3个浓度,以清水为对照,共10个处理。喷药后15 d调查每个处理的使用安全性,喷药15、20、25 d后调查株防效,喷药25 d后调查鲜重防效。[结果]经过调查发现,使用65%氨氟乐灵浓度为1800 g/hm^(2)的防除效果最好,喷药后15 d防效达到93.33%,喷药后20 d防效达到87.3%,喷药后25 d后防效为88.94%,鲜重防效达到88.43%。[结论]65%氨氟乐灵浓度为1800 g/hm^(2)时,防除效果好,安全性高,对月季植株生长不会造成伤害且防控效果最好。[Objective]To evaluate the safety and efficacy of three commonly used pre-emergence herbicides,dimethylene,atrazine and amfluralin,for ground spraying of three-year-old rose.[Method]Three concentrations of each herbicide were designed,and water was used as the control.The use safety of each treatment was investigated 15 days after spraying,the plant control efficiency was investigated 15 days,20 days and 25 days after spraying,and the fresh weight control efficiency was investigated 25 days after spraying.[Result]It was found that 65%amfluralin with concentration of 1800 g/hm^(2) had the best control effect.The control effect reached 93.33%at 15 d,87.3%at 20 d and 88.94%at 25 d after spraying.After 25 days of treatment,the fresh weight control effect reached 88.43%.[Conclusion]When the concentration of 65%amfluralin was 1800 g/hm^(2),the control effect was good and the safety was high.It would not cause harm to the growth of rose plants and the control effect was the best.
